EYNSHAM PARK PADEL CLUB WAS FOUNDED BY PAUL ALLEN WITH A CLEAR VISION: TO CREATE A WORLD-CLASS, COMMUNITY-FOCUSED PADEL CLUB IN THE HEART OF WEST OXFORDSHIRE. A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES CAN PLAY, LEARN AND SOCIALISE WHILE ENJOYING ONE OF THE FASTEST GROWING SPORTS IN THE WORLD
Paul Allen
Paul has been passionate about creating a high-quality, community-focused sports club ever since moving to West Oxfordshire after returning from Switzerland in 2012. With a background in luxury hospitality and property management — including leading roles with Virgin Limited Edition at The Lodge in Verbier and Necker Island — Paul has spent his career shaping exceptional guest experiences and building places where people feel at home.
He went on to establish several successful businesses locally, including Luxury Outdoor Living and Luxury Pool Tables, while becoming deeply involved in the area he now calls home. Through playing and coaching, Paul discovered a genuine love for padel and quickly recognised its potential to bring people together, improve wellbeing, and offer something fresh and exciting for local families.
The vision for Eynsham Park Padel Club is rooted in that belief. Paul’s ambition is simple: to create a welcoming, inclusive club led by passion rather than profit — a place that offers outstanding facilities, supports physical and mental health, and becomes a treasured part of the local landscape for generations.
For Paul, this project is very much a family affair. His son Harry, aged just 15, has ambitions of becoming a world-class padel coach. Already a county-level player, he teaches six hours a week in Bicester and is quickly developing the craft of coaching. Paul’s daughter Rosie, now 13, is ranked number one in the country at under-14 level and recently represented Great Britain at the Junior Padel World Cup in Reus, Spain. Even Paul’s wife, Hannah, has been swept up in the sport and is now a keen player herself, looking forward to having a local club that brings together competitive play and a thriving social hub.

The Lodge, Verbier!
Following two unforgettable years on Necker Island, we took on the extraordinary challenge of creating a true ‘Necker on Snow’ in Verbier, proudly opening its doors in December 2007.
Paul founded Luxury Pool Tables in 2013 - based in Woodstock.
Luxury Pool Tables sells premium pool and games tables across the UK and internationally. With a small showroom in Woodstock, the company has achieved consistent year-on-year growth and is widely respected within the industry.
Founded in 2017 - Luxury Outdoor Living is based in Kiddington
Working with my daughter Rosie who has ambitions to play Padel in the Olympics!
Harry has well and truly caught the padel bug and has aspirations to become a padel coach once he leaves school.
Rosie played for Great Britain in the 2025 Junior World Cup - the most amazing experience!
