We are committed to transforming a neglected brownfield site into a vibrant, world-class padel destination. Our vision is to create a club that strikes the perfect balance between high-quality facilities, exceptional playing conditions and a beautifully designed clubhouse that becomes the beating heart of everything we do. Whether you’re arriving for a morning match, an evening social or simply a coffee with friends, the clubhouse will offer a warm welcome and a genuine sense of belonging.

OUR SITE
Our proposed club will be created on a previously neglected brownfield site — The Eynsham Sawmills, located between Long Hanborough and North Leigh — thoughtfully reimagined into a high-quality sporting destination that sits naturally within its surroundings. The site has been carefully selected for its accessibility, generous space and clear potential to be transformed into something genuinely special.

We plan to sign up around 400 local members off plan to clearly demonstrate demand for a padel club serving the surrounding villages. This early interest will provide strong evidence of genuine local support for the facility.
Having lived in the area for over a decade, we understand the community well and the desire for accessible, affordable and inclusive sport, alongside a welcoming, well-designed place to spend time — somewhere people enjoy meeting and socialising, rather than a cold or purely functional sports venue.
COMMUNITY FOUNDING MEMBERS
Adult membership is likely to be £360 per year (including VAT). Members will enjoy benefits such as 25% off court fees, priority court booking, access to all social sessions, a quarterly rating session, and 10% off in the pro shop and on food and drink.
Membership will be capped at 100 members per court. This means an initial limit of 400 members, increasing to 800 members once the second phase of the club is completed.
To secure your place and show your support for the club, we ask for your first month’s membership fee of £30. This amount will be fully refundable at any time upon request.
LEGACY MEMBERS
Legacy Memberships are designed for those who truly believe in our vision and wish to play a meaningful role in bringing the club to life. In recognition of their early support, Legacy Members will enjoy lifetime membership, along with a dedicated personal locker within the changing rooms.
Legacy Members will also be invited to exclusive legacy-only tournaments, and will receive priority access to future padel holidays, special events and unique experiences hosted by the club.
For many local people, this club has the potential to become a genuinely positive and lasting addition to their lives. By supporting the club through a Legacy Membership, you are helping to bring a high-quality facility into existence — one that will be enjoyed by families, friends and future generations for years to come.
This is more than a membership; it is an opportunity to help create something meaningful, enduring and community-focused.
COURT SPONSORS
Each court will have its own dedicated sponsor. Rather than using numbers, every court will carry the sponsor’s name – for example, bookings will appear as the “Luxury Pool Tables” Court instead of “Court 1”. Sponsors will also receive subtle branding on the back glass of their court to enhance visibility, along with a presence on our website to strengthen overall brand awareness.
All proceeds from court sponsorship will help subsidise our junior coaching programmes!
